HomEq Servicing is a leading full service mortgage servicing company owned by Barclays Capital. We are a growing company with offices located in Sacramento, CA and in Raleigh, NC. HomEq offers unique opportunities throughout the organization and we are currently looking for Spanish/English Bilingual Late Stage Loss Mitigation/Workout Specialists for our Sacramento offices.


Responsibilities include:
Counseling customers and recommends alternative solutions to foreclosure.Performing complex financial analysis on workouts.Effectively communicating HomEq workout policies and procedures to attorneys, real estate agents, escrow companies, and borrowers.Negotiating settlements with attorneys, real estate agents, and borrowers to reduce loss exposure. Establishing payment plans based on analysis of borrower finances.

The ideal candidate must be Spanish/English bilingual and will have 2+ years in loss mitigation or mortgage collections along with a working knowledge of foreclosure, bankruptcy and deficiency laws. Other requirements include ability to read and interpret mortgage loan documents and the ability to make sound financial decisions based on analysis submitted by staff.Benefits:



Schedule, Compensation & Benefits:


Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. May require overtime, weekends and/or holidays based on business needs.

Compensation is based on prior experience plus monthly bonuses/incentives. We also offer a great benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, matching 401k and more.
