Special Markets Acct Mgr

Maintains and expands current special markets merchant base in an effort to enhance and improve relationship and service quality. Strives to meet revenue and profitability of Company through on-site call program. 1. Builds and enhances merchant relationships through communications and site visits.
2. Monitors account activity and resolves processing issues.
3. Meets company profitability goals through contract negotiations, cross selling and account management.
4. Prepares business reviews, analysis and applicable follow-up.
1. Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related field with three to five years of experience.
2. Certification/Registration/Licensure

-- Knowledge of computer software systems including word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
