Specialist II

Operate and maintain the scanning environment to ensure readable images are released to the imaging repository under the appropriate indexing scheme. Ensure quality while maintaining KPI’s for the function.

 Maintains orderly work flow of prepped documents to ensure appropriate cycle times for imaging are met.Demonstrates mastery of the equipment. This includes notifying appropriate parties to schedule maintenance to keep the machine operational; as well as monitoring reserve of scan clicks to ensure uninterrupted service. Accurately performs the indexing and quality control functions associated with the scanning procedure to ensure high quality readable images are released to the repository under the appropriate loan number.Ability to work with tight deadlines to meet the imaging cycle-time KPIs.Adheres to all compliance regulations as they relate to storing and processing customer documentation.

 

 

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).1-2 Years experience as Servicing Specialist I or equivalent.
