C# and .Net12 or so developers in the group... will help mentor themTeam of technical PM's who interface with customersTeam of QA folks who do the testingUsing AGILE methodologiesProjects teams are small, project timeline is usually 30-60 days. This senior level developer is a key role in our organization responsible for the design, delivery, and management of applications created by the client. This position acts as the development team leader alone on small projects, or with other developers on larger projects. This position ensures that systems developed are of high quality, follow design best practices, are scalable, and delivered on time and on budget.Our team uses the Microsoft Foundation Sever platform to ensure development best practices and to provide process for collaborate among the entire team. This position will play a large role in leading the team to leveraging and refine use of this platform to it's fullest extent.This senior level developer is responsible for the design, delivery, and management of applications created by TUMSSD. This position acts as the development team leader alone on small projects, or with other developers on larger projects. This position ensures that systems developed are of high quality, follow design best practices, are scalable, and delivered on time and on budget.
