Sr. Bilingual Customer Service Representative The Bilingual Sr. Customer Service Representative will respond to member and consumer requests both verbally and through written correspondence in accordance with FCRA, FDCPA and specific state requirements. Educate and guide consumers through a consumer report request and investigation process, ensuring that all laws from both a federal and state level are applied. Interpret and analyze consumer’s written and verbal communications. Educate consumers and offer options for resolution. Maintain the integrity of the database by ensuring data quality and accuracy. Hours: Monday – Friday 11:00 am – 7:30 pm • Bilingual English / Spanish (a must) • 0 - 6 months customer service experience (preferred but not required) • Type 20 wpm • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple priorities • Must have superior organizational skill, keep files and work area organized • Must have good attendance and can be trusted to handle a high level of responsibility • Maintain company core values and demonstrate high standards of conduct • Demonstrates strong work ethic, uses time efficiently to accomplish department work goals • Candidate must possess strong problem solving / analytical skills ***Applicant must be able to successfully pass a background check, which includes credit.
