Minimum 5 years of web development utilizing tools such as ASP, ASP.NET, JavaScript. Minimum 2-3 years experience utilizing enterprise level reporting tool such as WebFocus, Crystal Reports, Actuate, etc. Minimum 5 years experience of IT Project experience in a banking environment which would include dealing with external vendors and internal business/technology partners. Excellent communication skills required with an emphasis on an ability to discuss technical ideas/challenges with a non-technical audience, including senior/executive management. Knowledge of Citizens PDLC is helpful. Knowledge of Risk principles in a financial industry would be preferred, but not necessary. Responsibilities The incumbent will be the technical business line lead/consultant for the Regulatory Risk and Compliance Management (RRCM) business requirements in the ORC application. The incumbent will be required to do (but not limited to) the following: Participate in end to end process flow mappings to define business requirements specifically with technical application design focus. Review documented business requirements for content and clarity and minimize any nebulous requirements. Participate in strategy meetings to set priorities of functionalities internally with RRCM and with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) (and/or vendor(s)) if required, participate in business requirement negotiation/clarification discussions with ERM (and/or vendor(s)). Champion the RRCM business requirements to ensure minimal delays to project timelines. Provide management possible solutions for those project tasks that have passed due dates to get back on track which could require resource allocation.
