Sr. Financial Consultant

We are looking for series 7 licensed financial consultants who will thrive in a referal rich environment.  There is an untapped book of business and due to our clients growth we need several candidates throughout the Lancaster, Harrisburg and York markets.  All inquiries are 100% Confidential. Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing the client's financial needs and selling a wide range of investment products within the Bank branch network. This includes buying and selling negotiable securities on behalf of customers of the Bank.  The Senior Financial Consultant will initiate, place, and receive customer's security transaction orders, as well as quote security prices and market information to customers. Other responsibilities include: verifying that customers can complete transactions; executing sales, providing accurate and efficient service, and ensuring optimum customer relationships. Senior Financial Consultants are expected to stay informed of market trends and developments as well as changes in State/Federal security regulations.    Requirements: This position requires at least 3-5 years of revenue-generating sales experience at a broker-dealer and possession of NASD Series 7 and 66 licenses. This experience should include a thorough understanding of investment markets and products with a proven ability to meet revenue goals.
