Inputs loan information into funding application and ensures that all validations are met before funding.?Reviews loan information to ensure accuracy. Determines course of action to correct error.2. Accurately and completely compiles servicing and collateral packages for delivery to Post Closing department for release of wire. Ensures that the collateral package is free of deficiencies by carefully reviewing each collateral document.?Reviews files and ensure all appropriate approvals/notarization have been obtained.3. Reviews mortgage loan file to determine if all conditions that must be cleared prior to funding have been satisfied and to request additional funding conditions as needed.4. Verifies accuracy and consistency of specifications on documents, such as the deed of trust/mortgage, note, assignment, intervening assignments, etc.Requirements: EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONREQUIRED?High School diploma.?5+ years of experience with strong knowledge of the mortgage baking industry, specifically regulations covering FHA, VA, GNMA, FNMA, FHLMC or equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as an Associate Funder, Funder and/or Senior Funder.PREFERRED?Associate?s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES?Knowledge Loan Processing, Loan Closing and Funding preferred.?Knowledge of Mortgage Banking preferred.?Ability to organize and coordinate projects.?Strong oral and written communication abilities.?Team Player.?Excellent Customer Service skills.?Ability to adapt to change.?Works well under time constraints.
