Sr. Program Manager - IFL - 43161

This position is responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies that support designated lines of business in the U.S. This position is responsible for successful governance of learning solutions for those designated clients. Design, development and implementation of learning curriculum.
• Strong analytical and consulting skills with the ability to make recommendations to internal clients.
• Experience in executive level facilitation.
• Strong background in project management with strong organizational skills to design and complete projects on time and on budget.
• Strong background in successful curriculum design (including e-learning), development and facilitation.
• Bachelor’s Degree required (Masters Preferred) with 5 – 7 years of work experience.
• Experience in managing cohort training programs.
• Ability to work in a changing environment and help other staff members adapt to changes.
• Achievement oriented, with the ability to deliver high quality products and solutions to clients.
• Ability to interface with all levels of Line Executives and Management on course design and implementations topics.
• Experience in acquisition implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Some travel may be required to remote locations.
• Certified in MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) or Certified Coach
