Sr. Programmer/VB.Net Developer

Sr. Programmer Analyst (Strong team, Professional environment)

Primary ResponsibilitiesIT support for 3rd party banking applicationsDesign, develop, maintain and support VB.NET and VB6 applications.Work with Business owners and Business Analysts to analyze, clarify and document the analysis.Create and execute unit tests and work with the team on integrated testingWork individually or as part of a team.

Additional Responsibilities

Development and support of Crystal and MS SQL reports.

Required Skills/Experience

6 + years of experience in developing IT applications2 + years or more of experience with VB.NET and Web Services, 3 + years of experience with Visual Basic4 + years of experience with relational database management systems. Microsoft SQL experience required. 2 + years of experience with XML 2 + years of experience gathering and documenting business requirementsStrong communication (oral and written) and Analytical skillsStrong OOAD skills

Desired Skills/Experience

Experience with banking software applications.Experience using formal software development process.Oracle experience is a plus
