Description of Responsibilities & DutiesInitiate contact, develop, and deepen relationships with existing customers by evaluating current history with Advanta, broader financial situation and identifying mutually beneficial solutions.  Increase revenue while reducing delinquencies by influencing customer behavior and improving customer satisfaction for an assigned portfolio in an effective, targeted manner. Diagnose customer needs and present solutions utilizing creative problem solving and discretion to meet the needs of Advanta and the customer. Ensure that activities are in compliance with the company goals and objectives.Share best practices and trends.

 



QualificationsBachelor’s degree required. 5+ years of direct sales experience.Proven track record of achieving sales goals.Strong analytical skills and demonstrated problem solving abilities. Ability to exercise discretion and appropriate judgment in developing financial solutions that are mutually beneficial.   Strong competitive spirit.Superior negotiation skills a must.Excellent communication skills.Ability to use a PC, including basic experience with MS Word & Excel.Financial services experience a plus.
