MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Own the client relationship, and provide a level of customer service with urgency and personal ownership that is recognized and valued by GHR and the business? Represent the Staffing Center capabilities to GHR and the business to respond to business needs? Staffing subject matter expert for GHR and the business? Central point of contact primarily for the HRBP's, and as appropriate, the Business Unit, Finance, Staffing Center, and global Staffing colleagues? Personally recruit senior level positions (VP and above)? Network with candidates and organizations to bring the right talent at the right time to SSC; promote diversity and global inclusion to achieve business goals? Promote internal mobility, including a focus on executive referrals and internal candidates? Partner and collaborate with the Staffing Center management team to provide timely, efficient, and compliant services to the business? Communicate and provide education on Staffing initiatives, policies, and processes and successes to GHR and the business? Market the employment brand to the business, GHR and Worldwide Staffing? Promote opportunities for talent acquisition (community-based orgs., affinity groups, career fairs, featured jobs, job boards, diversity events, networking events, etc.)? Facilitate NEO and conduct education sessions for the Staffing Center colleagues? Develop, recommend, and execute innovative strategic staffing/workforce planning services to the business in support of globalization? Provide best practice talent acquisition strategies relative to industry and market research, diversity, sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding talentJob RequirementsEducation and Experience? Bachelors Degree ? 5-7 years experience recruiting at the Senior and Executive Levels? Financial Services/Corporate Banking experience preferredAdditional Skills? 7-10 years full life cycle recruiting experience? Ability to interface/liaise with Senior level Department Heads? Strong consultative and industry knowledge and ability to execute staffing plans/strategies? Excellent knowledge of on-line and networking sourcing skills? Demonstrated experience with staffing systems, PC based application tracking systems and hiring processes? Demonstrated ability to present company to candidates in a clear, concise and persuasive manner including via electronic communications, phone and in person discussions? Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with all levels of management as well as with external candidates and vendor/partners? Demonstrated pro-active recruiting approach?
