Store Manager Trainee - 40 std hrs.

Job Description: This opportunity is for 40 standard hours and will be placed in one of the Greater Milwaukee area stores. Performs a variety of job assignments to develop professional leadership and management skills and gain a working knowledge of the duties of a Store Manger as a part of the Store Manager Forward Hire program. Receives training in becoming an effective sales coach, developing management skills that create/foster/insure an effective team, and understanding our customers financial needs and solutions for success. Temporary position for Store Manager candidates until completion of training program. Minimum Qualifications: One to two years demonstrated leadership and sales management skills. Consumer banking sales, service and consumer lending experience. Thorough knowledge of consumer products and understanding of bank operations. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to select, train and motivate staff. Insurance license preferred.
