Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM Qualifications Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. Prior banking or legal background. Detail oriented, organized with strong follow up skills. Great telephone customer service skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proficient PC skills with ability to quickly learn applications. 10 key calculator skills. Knowledge of Rights to Privacy Acts Rules and Regulations. Ability to work in a fast paced, priority changing environment and adapt to and learn both state and government rules and regulations on short notice. Responsibilities Supervise, train, coordinate and monitor workflow of staff to be in compliance with subpoenas. Maintain schedule for archiving. Personally comply with special orders/subpoenas and any cases that are out of the ordinary. Interact with attorneys, agents and courts on status of cases. Expedite ordering of documentation from other departments. Verify amounts to be processed in invoice balancing process. Assist Keeper of Records as needed.
