Systems Analyst

Must have experience being a Project Leader/Manager to run a project from beginning to end, including the preparation of Scope and Requirements documents, establishing and maintaining Project Plans, running weekly project meetings, and preparing weekly status reports.Must be well versed in System Development Life Cycle methodologies and processes. 

Prepare system/application requirements and implement software applications and tools based on user requirements.  Enforce IT methodologies, specifications, and standards. Implement, test and maintain information systems, provide technical documentation and analysis, administer training for users, and support end users.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field. Three to five years of project leader experience. Mortgage banking knowledge and experience with analyzing existing and designing new and improved business process flows. Experience with following SDLC processes. Strong communication skills essential.
