Systems Analyst (Entry level)

Currently, we are searching for a Systems Analyst.  If you are a problem solver with at least 4 years of banking operations experience and are looking to advance, this could be the right opportunity for you.

 

Overview:

 Performs various duties to ensure the effective operation of the Bank’s deposit systems in conformance with established Bank policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor Deposit Parameters, account opening and teller systems, and other various parameters. Troubleshoot operational problems: work with department management, Information Systems group and/or software vendor to identify source and resolves as appropriate. Develop, maintain, and monitor internal queries/reports. Test, document and communicate custom program changes made by software vendor. Analyze impact of operational changes by data capture and review (using Queries, Microsoft Office products etc.) with Department Managers. Participate in the annual software release of our core programs, the purchase of new computer software. Monitor and/or ensure compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations; including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering, as well as Bank operation policies and procedures. Assume additional responsibilities as requested.



Qualifications:

 

The qualified candidate will have an Associate’s degree in computer science or its equivalent through specialized training. Four years of bank operations or systems experience is required. In addition, excellent attention to detail and strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills are necessary.
