Relocation expenses will be covered by the client.  Job Title  Systems Architect Job Responsibilities  Consults with business clients and account management Defines and maintains technical (application and infrastructure) architectures Ensures architectural compliance Acts as the focal point for significant infrastructure and development issues throughout all phases of projects Leads the definition of Information Technology technical solutions Is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the technical model throughout the project lifecycle. Ensures quality designs and implementations ·  Works with project team members to ensure implemented systems are consistent with physical designs Provides leadership within the I.S. Division Where needed, identifies, supports and promotes the enhancement and creation of existing I.S. processes, best practices or standards Contributes to the development and selection of systems architecture practices, tools, techniques, and standards Leads and manages others to form project leadership teams   Qualifications/Requirements  10 to 15 years work related experience in designing a variety of technology solutions, primarily focused on application development and package implementation. A minimum 3 years working within a large corporate environment· Skilled at determining business requirements and translating these requirements into technology solutions· Strong technology background with IT Architect professional competency methods, processes, and tools· Skilled in project management methodologies· Strong leadership skills· Superior problem solving and decision making skills· Exceptional interpersonal, communication skills including written, verbal and presentation skills· Self motivated with effective organizational, planning and prioritizing skills· Excellent technical writing skills· Post Secondary Degree   Salary/Compensation  $80 – $100K plus bonus and great benefitsFull relocation package Built on more than 30 years of expertise, The Mergis Group is a specialty recruiting firm committed to helping professionals make the best career choices.
