Systems Consultant 3

Provides direction and technical guidance for planning, directing and monitoring operating system software and hardware.  Analyzes project requirements and recommends enhancements to fit architectural strategies.  Installs and maintains operating systems software, system and operation oriented program products for a large central server environment.  Designs and implements hardware and software configurations.  Monitors central server software and hardware to ensure system availability.  Evaluates, builds, tests and migrates systems software for the central server computers.  Provides on-call support and problem determination and resolution.  Prepares and maintains system documentation and operating procedures. Your Career is Here.  Basic Qualifications - Eight or more years of experience in systems software and programming environment Preferred Skills/Experience - Thorough knowledge of all phases of operating systems programming - Ability to formulate and define specifications for complex operating system software and hardware - Ability to instruct and direct the work of other Technical Services personnel - Ability to design, build, test, debug and document system software and hardware solutions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Email this Job to a Friend View all opportunities Job TItle: Systems Consultant 3 Location: Brookfield, WI 53005 Job Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: IT/Software Development Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
