TELLER

SCHEDULE 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, Some Saturday hours

 

JOB SUMMARY  Under limited supervision and within the established guidelines, policies and procedures, the Teller provides services to members that include, but are not limited to, performing (with accuracy and in a timely manner) routine cash receipt, payment services and tasks associated with the processing of member transactions. The Teller also provides basic member support services in an efficient and professional manner as well as provides basic information about products and services. Tellers work in a fast-paced, high-volume cash-handling environment with daily face-to-face customer contact. The ability to work as part of a team is essential.


 

EXPERIENCE High school graduate or equivalent.  Minimum of one-year teller operations experience in a financial institution or one-year customer service related experience. Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
