TFS Credit Investigator, Administrative Clerk - San Francisco DSSO

As a Credit Investigator, you will make your mark by: -Performing credit investigations and other clerical support functions for the Credit Department -Verifying employment and conducting all necessary direct credit investigations on credit offerings -Maintaining complete files of all credit offerings investigated -Identifying, reviewing and routing dealer contracts as received by the DSSO and forwarding to the appropriate Credit Analyst/Discounter for final approval/discounting -Processing incoming customer inquiries regarding denial of credit -Assisting DSSO management with miscellaneous typing and filing Qualifications TFS is looking for individuals with strong business sense and practical expertise. Successful candidates must have: -High school diploma or equivalent experience required -Previous administrative assistance or secretarial experience preferred -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Strong organizational skills and an attention to details -Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and Lotus Notes strongly preferred Toyota Financial Services rewards both individual and organizational results with well-balanced compensation, benefits and perquisite programs.
