Our group is responsibile for reporting and withholding taxes for our institutional Non-U.S. client base (1042-S) and reporting for our Non-Exempt Domestic client base (1099). Responsibilities will include updating and maintaining clients IRS tax documentation on the U.S. NRA tax system which maintains a client base of over 20,000 accounts. Assisting in the research of Corporate actions and reclassification of payment events to allow for correct reporting and withholding on forms 1099 and 1042-S. The position is also responsible for tasks associated with depositing to the IRS taxes withheld from our client's accounts and reconciliation of our DDA accounts. Client service activities associated with addition of new accounts and reclassifications based on research that changes our default classification. Employee Specifications BS/BA preferred Detail oriented, well organized, strong interpersonal skills, team player, ability to prioritize work and multi-task. Knowledge of securities industry helpful, but not required. Ideal candidate will possess solid problem solving skills as well as sound written and verbal communication skills. Click here to apply
