Melville based Wholesale Mortgage Banker seeking entry level candidates to become Team Coordinators.  Ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and

computer skills, as well as good interpersonal skills. Looking for the right candidates who work well in a high paced, team oriented environment.

Job Description:

 

- Acting as initial point of contact for new business referred to the company – insuring accurate referral of customer. Contact sales associate and/or referral source to assist in completion of referral package.

- Organize and input data into production system and complete submission procedure by coordinating data searches from multiple web sites.

- Maintain log of submitted files and status. Submit file to appropriate party in office.

- Assist team as needed and workflow permits.

- Computer skills needed: Excel, Word, Outlook. Knowledge of FHA Connection, Encompass, Fraud Guard, and Compliancease a plus.
