Including yours. * As ranked for 2006 by Inside Mortgage Finance (Feb. 2, 2007)© 2007.Team Leader, Bankruptcy   Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Overseeing daily operations to ensure that goals and objectives are met and that daily workload is processed in a timely manner·  Performing Administrative functions·  Guiding, training, coaching, counseling and developing staff·  Reviewing and monitoring staffing needs based on Service Level Agreements and volumes·  Completing and performing Employee Reviews·  Recommending salary adjustments·  Communicating departmental/divisional goals and objectives·  Establishing team-related goals that work toward the overall Mission Statement of the division·  Measuring and appropriately communicating achievements/results through the production and submission of quality reports to Management·  Managing risk by following and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures established by the Business Unit·  Following all required Internal Control Protocols·  Responding to all external requests in an accurate and timely manner·  Maintaining a Quality Assurance program by reviewing the work of a designated percentage of employees·  Implementing new procedures to reduce cost and improve efficiency·  Recommending and developing system/procedure improvement strategies to increase accuracy and productivity   A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  Associate's degree·  3+ years of related experience·  Ability to analyze and solve complex situations·  Effective verbal and written communication skills·  Effective presentational skills·  Effective organizational and analytical skills·  Detail-orientation·  PC skills·  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint·  Ability to multi-task·  Ability to set goals and meet deadlines·  Ability to evaluate, motivate, discipline and reward direct reports·  Ability to develop a goal-oriented department·  Ability to work well as part of a team   The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:·  4-6 years experience in Banking, Mortgage Banking, Insurance and/or related environment·  1 year of supervisory and/or Training experience   Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
