Including yours. * As ranked for 2006 by Inside Mortgage Finance (Feb. 2, 2007)© 2007.  Team Leader, Bookloss  Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Leading a team of Bookloss Analysts·  Ensuring that qualified review and reconciliation takes place on all foreclosed loans·  Ensuring that departmental policies are implemented consistently·  Evaluating the accuracy of month-end reports and loss figures·  Coordinating Bookloss and policy-review meetings with the Division management team·  Coaching, counseling, training, evaluating and interviewing staff   A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  4+ years experience in mortgage banking, insurance, finance or other related environment·  1+ year(s) of training experience·  Knowledge of judicial and non-judicial foreclosure-processes for conventional and government mortgage-products·  Knowledge of investor, insurer and MI guidelines for foreclosure·  Ability to analyze and interpret FHA, VA and Conventional investor-guidelines·  Ability to create policies/procedures based on these guidelines·  Ability to set departmental performance goals and translate them into expectations for individual performance levels ·  Ability to present information in both group and one-on-one settings·  Ability to identify performance and behavior expectations and communicate them to staff members·  Ability to create a motivational environment for the maximization of employee performance and growth potential·  Ability to create and analyze production reports through Excel and Access·  Ability to communicate findings to business units and to various levels of Management·  Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills·  Advanced Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access skills·  Strong organization, planning and interviewing skills    Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
