This position is responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies that support Business Banking in the U.S.  This leader would enable the Business Banking group of employees to acquire skill and knowledge capability in order to achieve visible and measurable performance improvement in business results.  This leader would head the more complex and high profile learning projects.  This position is responsible for successful governance of learning solutions for this client.

 

• Strong influence, communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and consulting skills with the ability to make recommendations to internal clients.
• Strong background in project management with strong organizational skills to design and complete projects on time and on budget.
• Strong background in curriculum design, development and facilitation (using synchronous and asynchronous models).
• In depth knowledge of Commercial Mid Market, Corporate Real Estate and Small Business Banking including products, credit skills, credit processes.
• In depth knowledge of using distributed learning solutions across geographic markets.
• Bachelor’s Degree required (Masters Preferred) with 7-10 years of work experience.
• Ability to work across the enterprise to leverage learning solutions.
• Ability to work in a changing and complex environment and help other staff members adapt to changes.
• Achievement oriented, with the ability to deliver high quality products and solutions to clients.
• Strong management, coaching and leadership skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of Line Executives and Management on course design and implementations topics, as well as strategy and future opportunities.
