Technical Analyst II, Network Implementation

SUMMARY:   The Network Implementation Technical Analyst II is primarily responsible for the on-going development, maintenance and internal training of the formal processes for implementing the CO-OP Financial Services  products.  The Technical Analyst also provides advisory services with regards to product functionality and implementation configurations to other NI Resources, clients, and vendors, and must possess an expert knowledge in the functionality and implementation of at least 25% of the CO-OP Financial Services products. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

Provide advisory services to other Network Implementation resources, clients, business development and vendors regarding the CO-OP Financial Services products and the implementation of those products.

 

Analyze and understand existing Network Implementation processes and propose, plan, develop and implement cost-effective solutions to improve the processes.

 

Participate with the Product Development group in the roll-out of new products to include; implementation planning, development of and/or changes to implementation processes.

 

Create and or modify training materials as required for new or modified implementation processes and facilitate internal training and knowledge transfer.

 

Participate in network-related projects and CO-OP Financial Services  Project teams, as required to advise and/or perform assigned tasks.

 

Provide back-up support to perform implementation tasks during peak times, vacations, or periods when staff is low.

 

Provide support and resolution for implementation issues.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  Five years of experience in EFT or banking industry. Three years experience supporting or implementing CO-OP Financial Services  products. Demonstrated analytical skills and knowledge of basis telecom concepts. 

 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:  Incumbent must have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent planning and organizational skills; PC knowledge; including basic word processing and spreadsheet skills and the ability to work under general to minimal supervision.  Incumbent must be detail oriented, display good follow-up skills and demonstrate a positive team attitude.  Transportation, a valid driver’s license and insurance are also required.
