Your success story starts here.A Telephone Bankers act as a primary point of contact for all contact-center related delivery methods (including telephone, online servicing support, email, home banking, and video kiosk). Perform problem resolution and services accounts for transactions and maintenance. Also accepts and resolves escalated calls hand direct calls accordingly. Employees are required to wear a headset while handling phone calls during their entire shift. Regular attendance and schedule adherence is an essential function of the position. Key performance criteria include quality, accuracy, reliability and productivity.Schedules are Full-Time (40hrs a week) with a 5-day work week that could include one or two weekend days.
