Telephone Merchant Services Rep. (Bilingual French)

We are seeking French candidates to provide World Class service as a single point of contact for our Merchants in an inbound call center environment. Calls include answering inquiries via phone/internet, resolving problems, setups, and extensive knowledge of the company's products and services. Position will include nine weeks of paid training. This call center position is located in the Northwest Valley at our Phoenix Service Center, 20022 North 31st Avenue. QUALIFICATIONS: - Fluency in French and English is required. - Minimum 6 months direct customer service experience - Ability to apply basic accounting principles in order to analyze customer financials (debits & credits), calculate different payment methods and process financial adjustments - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills - Demonstrated solid work history - Experience in a fast paced, high volume work environment - Excellent keyboard and Windows navigation skills - Ability to work in an operation which supports working weekends and any shift/schedules within hours of operation - Sales experience preferred "High school diploma or GED required" Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
