The Telephone Service Representative is responsible for the attainment of assigned personal and department sales goals and the development of measurable sales activities as measured by the scorecard. Attains maximum sales results within Remote Delivery, through implementation of daily sales tracking, leading the sales team by example, and active involvement in activities directly related to sales production. Via telephone, serves as the primary member contact for new member and related loan origination production. Knowledge in the area of sales and/or business development within a financial institution or call center. Must possess effective interpersonal skills to solicit referrals and information, recommend products and services, and negotiate quick turn around times. Ability to expediently analyze member’s financial needs and provide related information and/or data to demonstrate the benefits, via telephone. Must be comfortable working in a call center environment.

Minimum 2 years experience in sales or sales management in a financial institution, credit union, and/or call center. B.A./B.S. degree or other professional designation or comparable experience. Proficient data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000 application in a WIN 95/98 PC work station environment and other software programs as needed. Both part time and full time positions are currently available.
