Become a part of our dynamic and growing company and make an impact in the following role:Teller SupervisorIn this dynamic role, your primary responsibility will include accepting and processing customer transactions. You will provide prompt, courteous and efficient service and proactively refer clients to appropriate sales staff. As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be accountable for the achievement of operational and sales/referral objectives and job expectations. You will assist in managing and leading your team by performing the following duties:· Coach/train Customer Service Representatives, including explaining transaction policy and procedures · Resolve customer concerns and issues when the next level of authority is needed· Provide supervisory override approval for certain transactions within authority limits · Perform audits of individual teller drawers· Announce company communications and policy changes as needed· Ensure and is held accountable for the audit integrity, risk management and security of the branch· Assign and schedule staff to ensure optimum service coverage, even distribution of the workload and appropriate project delegation· Attend Regional Operations meetings and then disseminate/implement information as appropriate· Review teller work for accuracy and ensure the staff’s balancing performance meets balancing standards· Place holds on accounts when appropriate and advise customers of the funds availability· Act as branch cash vault custodian and/or negotiables custodian while adhering to branch cash limits· Quote rates, terms and fees on products and services and provide product disclosures· Assist in the planning of and participation in branch sales meetings We are seeking talented individuals with the following qualifications:· High School diploma or general education degree (GED)· One+ years previous financial services/banking experience and/or training required· At least six months previous management/supervisory experience required· Effective selling, cross-selling and referral skills· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and servicesEOE M/F/D/VJob Level: 3-5 years
