Test Lead

Modis, a leader in the staffing industry, is searching for a Test Lead on behalf of our client who can meet the following skill and experience requirements:PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Serves as a Lead on a project that is implementing a new client support model by insourcing process, technology and resources that have previously been outsourced. Responsible for and leads execution of work stream activities. (Requirements, target state design, process mapping, testing and implementation activities). Analyzes information, develops recommendations and implements solutions. Will lead and execute system testing. Will research issues and develop/execute action plans for closure. May indirectly manage a small team. Will also serve in 1 of 4 horizontal lead roles supporting all work streams. The horizontal lead roles are the following: Requirements Lead, Testing Lead, Training and Communications Coordinator, Implementation Coordinator. DESCRIPTION:  Testing Lead - Delivers Testing Approach & Schedules; Coordinates Vendors and Work Streams; Coordinates Script Development; Manages and Reports on Test Execution Operational Readiness & Implementation Lead; Coordinates work stream build of target state (Process Maps, Roles and Responsibilities, Standard Operating Procedures, etc); Coordinates Implementation Activities (Implementation Task List, Manages Issues, Support of Initial Pay Roll Runs, etc). Requirements Lead - Manages / Coordinates Requirements for all work streams; Ensures integration requirements are comprehensive; Ensures target state requirements are complete and signed off; Delivers Requirements Traceability. Communications & Training Coordinator - Develops Training & Communication Strategy / Approach; Coordinates/Develops materials for all associate and stakeholder communications; Drives execution of Communication Plans; Plans / executes virtual training sessions.
