Including yours.  * As ranked for 2006 by Inside Mortgage Finance (Feb. 2, 2007)© 2007.Title Operations Technician   Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Tracking and monitoring all Client Orders from the date the order is received until the final product is issued·  Managing internal and external turn-times·  Performing Quality-Control functions on Searches submitted by Abstractors·  Auditing executed Mortgages to determine record-ability·  Forwarding executed Mortgages to Abstractors for recordation·  Following-up to ascertain that Mortgages have been recorded·  Reviewing and inputting all Title Orders into the system·  Assigning Vendors·  Faxing or electronically delivering orders to Abstractors·  Ordering Date-Down Searches prior to Closing and upon notification from Closing Support Services·  Ensuring that Date-Down results are received prior to Funding·  Counseling Abstractors regarding transactional turn-time issues·  Ensuring that files are moved and tracked from function to function   A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  High school diploma, GED or equivalent·  1+ year(s) of related experience·  Knowledge of Windows-based computer applications·  Familiarity with general Real-Estate principles in states for which Title Commitments/Policies will be issued·  Familiarity with the contents of Title Searches·  Effective organizational and interpersonal skills   Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
