For more information, visit State Street's web site at www.statestreet.com Trade Processor - Collateral Team Job Specification·Monitor collateral positions and issue collateral margin calls on a daily basis·Monitor and reconcile mark to market exposures by counter-party on a daily basis·Review exposure for stale, missing, and zero prices and work with Pricing group to validate valuation on a daily basis·Set up static data regarding ISDA Master Agreements and credit support annex documentation·Provide standard and ad-hoc reporting·Manage broker relationships by tracking key metrics and provide effective feedback to management team·Interact with clients' middle office, traders and portfolio managers on daily and ad-hoc collateral related issues·Responsible for daily collateral movements between counter-parties and ensuring final settlement of same·Investigating and resolving failed settlements related to collateral movements to/from clients' counter parties.Employee Specifications·A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, Finance or Economics or equivalent experience in financial services environment·1-3 years of related securities operations experience in equity, fixed income or derivatives environment, Collateral margin experience preferred·Product knowledge in one or more of the following: Options, Swaps, Credit Derivatives, Foreign Exchange, Equities, Treasury and Fixed Income preferred·Strong analytical and problem solving skills required·Strong team player with excellent communication skills ·Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task·Ability to learn new systems and source information from numerous systems·Ability to work effectively in a team environment·Computer skills with knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing·Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-oriented environment·Professional maturity, self-confidence, decisiveness and outstanding business judgment·The ability to work in a demanding and target driven environment with a degree of change and innovationClick here to apply
