We currently have a full-time position available for a trader with at least 1 year of experience in equities, options or fixed income markets.We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, and a keen interest in markets.  The right candidate will be knowledgeable and passionate about topics like statistical analysis, game theory, and model optimization.  The trader will work in a team environment, where effective communication skills (both written and oral) are necessary.  The individual must be detail-oriented, well organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet all deadlines while working under pressure. 

Primary responsibilities of the position include:

-Executing trades using automated algorithms

-Adjusting trading strategies based on market conditions

-Researching information relevant to trading

-Collaborating with financial engineers and software developers to contribute trading ideas to the organization
