Training Administrative Assistant
Harland Financial Solutions (HFS) is a leading provider of key technologies for financial institutions of all sizes. We are currently looking for a Training Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Professional Services and the Training Department with an emphasis on supporting remote staff trainers, customer service, and clerical administration. They will provide support of HFS’ training program, which includes on-site training, product workshops, and web-based training by offering effective and timely assistance to internal and external customers. The position requires 3-5 years of administrative experience, experience in MS Word and Excel, experience with PowerPoint, Pathlore LMS, Adobe Acrobat, Access, WebEx,and crystal report software is a plus. A general understanding of Harland Financial Solutions Pro Suite and financial services is also a plus. An Associate’s degree in Business or Computer Information Systems is preferred, or equivalent experience
