As a Training Administrator, you will be responsible for the following: · Identifying, implementing, and facilitating Customer Service Center training programs through application of sound training principles, philosophies, programs and standards. · Development and content improvement of all skill-based training curriculum for the Administrative Services, Customer Service, Collections and Inventory Control Departments. · Conducting needs analyses, diagnosing learning needs, identifying training gaps, and designing training that will improve associate performance. · Supporting associates on-the-job performance with Job Aides, Desk Guides, and training interventions for each functional business area. · Conducting training evaluations to assess successful skills/knowledge transfer. · Researching, driving, and managing new technology initiatives, including eLearning training, knowledge management systems, online performance support tools, and learning management systems. · Developing strategy, designing training, and playing a collaborative role with the Project Revolution Department, including Siebel and Spectrum. Qualifications TFS is looking for individuals with strong business sense and practical expertise. Successful candidates must possess the following skills/experience: · Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Speech/Communication, Education, Writing or related field, or equivalent related work experience. · Five or more years of experience in the captive automotive finance or insurance industry preferred · Two or more years of experience in training and curriculum development preferred. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. · Problem solving, analytical skills are essential. · Must be an effective communicator, both verbal and written skills. · Must be a self-starter, highly organized, able to multi-task, and work in a collaborative, team environment. · Must be able to maintain an effective learning environment for up to 15 associates. · Must be able to travel up to 25% of time and work varied hours. · Must possess knowledge of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and its impact in the call center environment.
