Job Description
You will serve as the training coordinator for Banking Supervision Staff Development Department, administering the Examiner Commissioning Program as well as Division onboarding, recruitment, training, and organizational development initiatives. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Education or Organizational Development, and be a commissioned examiner with at least 5 years of experience as a field examiner.Key areas of focus include:

Job Duties
• Recruitment – We’ll rely on your expertise to provide significant input into hiring decisions as you review resumes, interview experienced candidates, and refine our recruiting strategy. • Supervising Interns – You’ll ensure that our interns receive appropriate training and development via providing direction, feedback and performance assessments. Your role also involves significant input into decision-making as to future hiring of interns. • Organizational Development - This function involves identifying and implementing staff development and training opportunities for Division staff to include courses, immersion programs, cross-training,, seminars, etc. • Onboarding –Particular emphasis will involve ensuring that assistant examiners receive orientation and training on core job functions, schedule is followed and completed, and management and staff relationships are developed. • System Support – Your expertise is needed to identify more efficient ways to deliver training and related administrative aspects. You’ll serve as a key member of the System Committee in developing course content, and communicate with counterparts at other Reserve Banks to identify emerging issues that require in-house training. NOTE: Relevant experience may be considered and appointment may be made at a lower pay level.

Essential Skills
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Education or Organizational Development.-Commissioned examiner with at least 5 years of experience as a field examiner preferred.Diverse applicants are encouraged to apply.
