For more information, visit State Street's web site at www.statestreet.com Transfer Agent Job ResponsibilitieCoordinate client activity reporting to Fund Accounting, both as preliminary orders for PRV calculation and as final capital stock for posting to each fund account. Coordinate client trade posting to SEI to maintain unit registry for all fund accounts, and prepare finalized client trades to be sent to client. Report cash availability to client for all BGI domiciled fund and client accounts for investment in client managed money funds. Report money market trades to Fund Accounting, as capital stock for money funds and FOF trades for all other fund accounts. Process manual transactions to all BGI client accounts, including fees, transfers, compensation claims, cash write-offs, and FX trades. Ensure that all client activity and all other client account postings are properly reconciled using the Risk Reporting System. Other special projects or tasks as assigned. Employee Specification BS/BA required. Concentration in Finance or Accounting preferred. Strong computer aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Able to quickly learn and understand new computer applications. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Team oriented with good interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Able to complete tasks and work efficiently within a deadline driven environment.
