INFOVISA is looking for talented customer service professionals to support our growing client base and expanding product offering. If you enjoy assisting customers, resolving problems and being challenged you would make an excellent candidate to join our team.

Qualified applicants will:

Provide telephone based support to users of INFOVISA’s products and services.

Travel to on-site client locations for initial training of INFOVISA's products and services.

Develop proficiency in products and services built and supported by INFOVISA

Effectively explain system functionality and business processes to clients.

Troubleshoot and research problems reported by clients.

Assist in releasing software to clients.

Assist with delivering training to clients via a variety of methods.

Assist in the preparation and authoring of user documentation and reference material.

Qualifications include:

Two years trust, wealth management or other investment related experience.

An ability to work with personal computers and common software applications.

Three years professional work experience.

A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
