Trust Administrator

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: One years post high school or equivalent work experience. 1 years related work experience. Personal computer experience. Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

JOB OVERVIEW: Under the supervision of the Team Leader, this position is responsible for administration of accounts, overseeing support staff activities, and new business development. 

JOB DESCRIPTION: Administers accounts per policy and governing documents.  Responds to all routine client financial needs reactively and proactively. Possesses a valid driver’s license, ability to operate an automobile, and travel by air. Coordinates support division functions to ensure accurate and timely account activities, including accurate charging of fees. Accomplishes day-to-day account administration activities, including account set-ups, deposits and withdrawals of assets, and investments independently or through available support staff. Develops and maintains relationships by cross selling and ensuring application of all services appropriate to client needs.  Seeks referrals from existing customers.
