Primary responsibility will be to serve as administrative support to the Personal Trust Relationship Managers. Duties include setting up new accounts on trust system and related statements, distributions, fees, ticklers and schedule of payments. Additional responsibilities include monitoring daily deposits and posting incoming wires to client accounts; processing requests for distributions, coordinating meetings and schedules; preparation of correspondence, documents and reports; researching and assisting in resolving problems and inquiries, and completing clerical functions including answering telephone, processing mail, etc. Position entails significant amount of client interaction, both face-to-face and on the telephone.Required Skills
High school graduate or equivalent and a minimum of 1-3 years experience in trust, estate or related office administration. College degree may be substituted for some work experience. Strong PC skills including advanced word processing and spreadsheet necessary. Excellent attention to detail, communication and follow-through skills required.
