Trust Operations Assistant I

Processes a variety of transactions for all aspects of trust accounting. Balances a variety of functions within the trust accounting framework in accordance with established standards and timeframes. Maintains records of the Trust Department in accordance with established standards. Performs a variety of clerical duties as related to operational aspects of the Trust & Investment Group.

Key Duties include the following: Process complex transactions relative to a variety of asset holdings. Balance a variety of accounts and/or functions utilizing a variety of electronic methods. Maintain records in accordance with established standards. Develops desk level procedures for operations functions. Provides backup and support to other operations functions. Works cooperatively with other Trust personnel and vendors to resolve issues. Performs a variety of clerical functions in support of the Trust & Investment Group.

Qualifications: Basic math skills; Attention to detail; PC Skills -word and excel necessary; One or more years accounting experience or education a plus; and High School Diploma or equivalent
