Required Skills:Bachelor - Business. Must be knowledgeable in process management theory. Project Manager Certification is beneficial. Demonstrated experience in process/project management, trust operations, security processing, accounting, 8-10 years. Experience and demonstrated use analytical skills including the Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), practical experience or AMTrust knowledge required.Must have strong leadership, project management, organization, analytic, and problem solving skills. Requires strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to interpret basic technical, financial and systems requests. Knowledge of securities processing, trust operations and/or project management. Individual must possess skills to handle priorities in a fast paced environment. Must be able to multi-task numerous projects in various stages of completion. In addition, must possess high level of oral and written communication skills to effectively interface will all levels of divisional management. Readily adopts new technologies/ operating procedures in the work environment. Be able to quickly learn about the operations of a business area in which they have little direct experience.Able to digest and interpret internal and industry information and regulations, directives, and initiatives to determine impact on operations and effect changes where necessary to support the changes. Must be able to listen objectively and interpret and execute complex information on all levels of interaction.Demonstrates strong written, verbal, facilitation and presentation skills. Must demonstrate skill at interacting with service partners on a regular bases. Must be comfortable interacting with higher levels of management. Uses leadership skills and knowledge of project management, business system analysis, services and polices to participate, evaluate and implement solutions to business needs. Recommends and oversees the implementation of projects, technology, training and systems issues. Manages workflow to meet deadlines and insures workflow accuracy and completeness.Initiatives and decision-making can have an impact on Product Line's ability to achieve improved customer services, productivity gains, and operating efficiencies. Projects must be complete timely.Normal working conditions, non business hours worked may be required during bank conversions/integration release and product implementation. May involve travel to customer and local market sites.Job Description:Under moderate supervision, creates, plans, organizes, manages and reviews the progress of assigned projects. Provides consultant support in the areas of statistical and project coordination related to efforts of the project. Applies a thorough knowledge of the needs of a business unit and a general knowledge of the systems technology / business problem solving, with the objective of meeting the information needs of that business unit.
