Unit Manager I/II - Citi Cus Care 9A- 6P (M, T, W or T) and 9A-6P (Fri -Sat)

Effective communication both verbal and written are essential when providing feedback to associates or responding to other members of the management team, homeowners and/or clients.You will be asked to demonstrate your time and workflow management skills on a daily basis to ensure that client's service levels are met (or Exceeded) daily, weekly and monthly.  Reviewing and recommending process improvements that will enhance the efficiency of your unit or the call center in general. Utilizing your enhanced computer and software skills will be vital in the compilation of management reports.  You will be charged with developing your staff into highly motivated and skilled customer care representatives as well as interviewing for new team members. When necessary, disciplining staff will be required if a violation of policy/procedure has occurred. Apply now!  This position requires you to work a schedule of Monday-Thursday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pmQualifications: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; 2-3 years supervisory experience, preferrably in a call center environmentIntermediate to advanced PC skills in Microsoft Word and ExcelUnderstanding of insurance and mortgage products helpfulExperience with a Call Management SystemExcellent organizational, analytical and written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle multiple priorities/projects at one time Understanding of human resources policies and procedures.
