Vice President - Commercial Loan OfficerBase Salary $100,000.00 - 125,000.00.Annual Incentives paid on personal production up to 40% of Salary.  We are looking for qualified individuals that possess Small to Middle Market commercial banking experience. 1.  Commercial banking experience with business development and portfolio management history.2.  Working with Small to Middle Market Companies building long term banking/lending relationships.3.  Work well in a team environment and being part of a strong lending group.4.  Experience dealing with corporate credits dealing from 3-15MM.  Ideal candidate will posses commercial banking experience here in the Pacific Northwest.  Experience with both Commercial and Commercial Real Estate Credits. Understand relationship building and Middle Market Lending.
