VP Credit Administrator, Banking

Major Independent Bank System in Montana is looking to hire a credit person experienced in Commercial loans or credit administration or credit in general to be one of the senior administators to oversee larger loan requests, correspondant loans and bank relationships, as well as reviewing credit policy and proceedures in a multi-bank system. 

Must be detail oriented with hands-on credit skills and promotable.  Hands-on detail in credit is more important than sales or business development skills.  Future positions may include Senior Loan Officer, Correspondant Bank Manager, etc.  The career potential is excellent as the bank is growing and adding 1 to 2 new offices per year.  Currently over $1 Billion in assets.  Offers excellent benefits: Competitive salary  $75 and up, bonus, full benefits including retirement and relocation package. 

Position is located in a rural community of 8,000.  Need to be open to remote location in a rural area.  Small town or farm/ranch background is important as the area is 1 to 2 hours from another larger town.  The area offers a 9 hole golf course, major hospital, and limited shopping.  There is an abundance of outdoor activity like fishing, boating, floating, hiking, biking, and hunting(birds, deer, antelope, elk).
