Discover the leading team dedicated to helping more Americans achieve their dreams. * As ranked for 2006 by Inside Mortgage Finance (Feb. 2, 2007)© 2007.VP, Home Retention Division Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Overseeing daily operations for Loss Mitigation areas, Including but not limited to correspondence, research, foreclosure review and recommendation for all Loss Mitigation areas·  Developing controls and exception reports as well as identification of process and or system improvements.·  Maximizing Cost Efficiencies·  Maintaining staffing levels, hiring, coaching and counseling of operations staff·  Monitoring and improving productivity and quality, providing detailed reporting to senior management·   Budget planning and preparation·  Setting policies and procedures A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  College degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field or equivalent work experience required·  7+years of experience in a Mortgage Banking or other related environment·  5+ years management and supervisory experience·  Direct experience with managing the operations of a mortgage banking collection unit·  In-depth knowledge of mortgage banking  The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:·  Experience with an ACD system in a mortgage banking environment Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
