Primary Responsibilities Will Include:Service customers in the Real Estate Indurstry both commerical real estate and residental customer lendingOriginate loans from medium sized companies in the Washington metropolitan areaMajor responsibilities include originating loans, credit analysis, underwriting, and preparation of credit packages and presentation of loan requests to the appropriate credit committeePreparation of proposal and commitment letters and loan documentationKnowledge of loan servicing and collateral control is helpful
