VP/Sr Financial Analyst/Securitization

Sr Financial Analyst position reporting to Citi Cards CFO financial organization. Work on monthly reporting, analysis, and forecasting of Citi Cards financial statements and management reporting, highly focused on analyzing the impact of individual portfolios as well as Securitizations ($100B of $140B total receivables) on the P&L and BS. Assist on projects related to optimizing processes, building new systems and analyses for numerous business initiatives, including post-securitization P&L and BS, Loan Loss Reserves, Portfolio Analysis and Residual Interest valuations. Candidate will: Understand key drivers of the Credit Card industry. Gain experience on the impact of Credit Card Securitizations. Build tools to analyze and review multidimensional Income Statements. Understand complex accounting issues and their impact on the financial results. Interaction with other areas outside of Cards finance organization (i.e. Treasury and Treasury Operations, Global Consumer Sector Group, Corporate Reporting and Analysis Groups, Risk Management Group/KPMG, etc) will be necessary on a regular basis.CPA or MBA, with 6 to 8 years of Finance/Accounting experience is required. Financial Services and/or Modeling experience a plus.  The candidate should be highly focused, motivated and analytical.  Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and address project needs is key.  Effectively identify issues and make sound decisions that reflect good judgment.  Ensures the execution of work processes that lead to achievement of business goals. Excellent communication skills and teamwork focus.
