VP-Talent Acquisition
Description:The Vice President, Talent Acquisition will create and manage a centralized recruiting department encompassing campus and diversity recruitment, university relations, employee referrals, and executive recruitment. The successful candidate will work with senior leadership of our business lines to develop enterprise-wide strategies for recruiting top caliber employees in a high-growth environment. They will partner with marketing to develop an employment branding methodology to enhance the recruitment, hiring and retention of top talent throughout the organization. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment best practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative, cost-effective recruitment solutions that will make a direct impact upon business strategies and the bottom line. They will be actively involved in the execution of company-wide executive succession planning processes as well as top-grading at the executive level. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the entire talent acquisition infrastructure, including recruitment strategy recruitment technology, assessments, vendor management, relocation program, recruiter training and metrics.Qualifications:- 10 years of relevant recruitment and / or human resources experience- Knowledge of financial services is preferred- Experience in recruiting at the corporate executive level and at the campus level - Partner with diversity leader to develop and drive diversity recruitment initiatives- Demonstrated team leadership, facilitation skills and the ability to build strong teams- Demonstrated strategic thought leadership, vision and innovation to drive results- Proven ability to partner with business leaders to successfully drive the recruitment agenda, large scale initiatives and gain their commitment and support- Outstanding communication and presentation skills- Goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize on a consistent basis in an ever-changing environment- Strong client-service orientation- Ability to work with many cross-functional internal and external partners. - Collaborative problem-solving skills- Ability to think conceptually and strategically, while maintaining a results-driven approach - Demonstrated experience benchmarking and implementing best in class strategies, processes and programs- Understands the business vision, strategy, financial priorities and performance measures and cycle- 4-year degree in Human Resources or related field preferredSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceWe offer competitive benefits to eligible employees (including medical, dental, and vision plans).
